At Itnig, we're searching for a Sales & community manager to help elevate our brand and community engagement to the next level. You'll play a key role in promoting and contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem we're passionate about.


The Role
You will support and grow the coworking space, events and community outreach. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a thriving community of entrepreneurs.


What will you be doing:

·Be in charge of the coworking sales.

·Coordinate internal and external events for our community (coworking members, event assistants, founders). We want to attract all the entrepreneurs in Barcelona. Manage event logistics, from venue setup to speaker coordination and guest lists.

·Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

·Be on top of industry trends, and be always present on relevant events and communities.


Your Profile
● Experience related to entrepreneurship, startups, venture capital, or a similar role in a high growth company.
● Experience in B2B sales. Strong relationship building skills. You’re able to build bonds with all the stakeholders of the entrepreneur community, from venture capital firms til the entrepreneur who just started.
● You are a self-starter and have a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
